I told very early last time as I had a scare and needed to be seen. It made things a lot easier for me. New role, new company and new job- I've decided to tell early. Just my boss. But feel like he's coming down hard on me work wise, since he's found out... I feel like he wanted me out anyway and is probably going to push it more now, seeing that I'm pregnant.

My performance hasn't been amazing, but the same goes for the rest of the team. It's stressing me out that I might get fired soon. Not sure what to do.

Maternity discrimination is a major issue in Uk

Contact these people

maternityaction.org.uk

We're very helpful to a friend of mine when she was having issues at work

Acas can also be helpful

Join a Union ASAP they can be very helpful too in such situations but you usually need to be a member for x amount of time and/or before a certain crisis arises to act for you

Thanks ! It's tough isn't it. I bet they'll try to gather evidence that I'm worse than others and deserve to be fired. I'll call the people you suggest on Monday to see what I should look out for. I've been told today that it's not sustainable. I've never been told this in any job before. So I'm concerned it's a veiled threat.
