Eating fish in Pregnancy

I see such mixed things about fish/amount of fish to eat that okay in pregnancy & so generally have just had it once or twice a week to be cautious

however, I'm on holiday in Spain this week & just realised I've had some kind of fish or seafood (not tuna, swordfish), 3 days in a row... does anyone know if it's okay to have fish every day for a week or so or is this a big no no? thanks !

Depends if its oily fish as that should be limited to 3 portions per week I think. Other non oily fish don't have limits

And would only be a problem if it was eaten more than 3 times a week, EVERY week.

White fish is fine

I ate tuna most days during both my pregnancies. Both DS are in their 20s and well over 6ft.
