SMP from two jobs

Hi,
Looking to see if anyone has had any similar experience
I have been advised I can claim SMP from both my jobs I work and I want to make sure I'm doing things correctly and nothing will come bite me.
I work full time at one job so definitely entitled to SMP from them. I also work another job part time, 16 hours a week and earn the minimum £120 a week required to get SMP from that
Has anyone had experience of getting SMP from two jobs? Almost feels too good to be true and nothing something I planned on but again if I am entitled then I want to take what I am.
I always figured you could only get one lot of SMP. Called working families and searched online and been told can get two 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, if you qualify you can get SMP from both. You can start and end maternity leave at different times too

This what I found online so it seems that yes you can. You just need to qualify for it prove it. Only odd thing is you only get 1 MATb1 so you'll need to provide other evidence I guess?

It feels almost wrong to get from both even though I know I'm entitled to it since I work the qualifying hours
For my full time job they told me I can just copy and scan over the MatB1 and same with my other job so I think if I take a copy I can give to both

My qualifying months are up until 16th Sept for the earning period, if I reduced hours at my second job would I still be entitled to the same pay from them for before? Again I think from research I can, but want to make sure I do everything correctly.

I have done this and you are right. Maternity action have good advice.

The qualifying weeks for your pay are weeks 17-25 of pregnancy so whatever you earn in those weeks will determine your maternity pay level

Why shouldn't you get 2 lots of SMP if you have 2 jobs? Remember it's 90% of pay or £151ish whichever is lower after the 1st 6 weeks of SMP

Thanks all!

I know I probably should/am entitled to it. And I know I'm already working more and that's why but I just feel a bit bad about getting more money on maternity than those just working one job.
I read back a similar thread and there were some negative comments about it so I was a bit wary of posting but glad I did as you's have helped assure me.
I'm still going to be earning less than half of what I am earning while working when on SMP
