Slight bit of discharge after walking

Whenever I be out for a walk approx 3 to 4 miles or so, whenever I come back and wipe there is a bit of light brown discharge, it then goes away, does this happen anyone else

The fact it's light brown discharge doesn't scream panic - as brown means old blood, and if it's mixed with discharge then it's diluted and not much. I'd still raise it with your midwife/health team, but I wouldn't lose sleep over it. 4 miles is actually a lot when pregnant. Maybe a wake up call to start taking things easier? X
