Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi all, hoping for some help. I had three positive pregnancy tests from three different brands over the weekend. Roughly 6 and half weeks based on my last period. I had some light bleeding Saturday and Sunday (not even enough to fill a pad), seen a GP and they said could be implantation bleeding keep an eye on it and if it gets heavier or you get any pain go to a&e. The bleeding got lighter and stopped after two days with no pain. I feel all the symptoms I felt last week, nausea, fatigue, constipation, my stomach looks and feels different but not painful. I am almost 100% I am pregnant I have never felt like this before. However, I did another test this morning 4 days after my last positive and after I stopped bleeding and it says not pregnant. I’m so worried that something is wrong but I would imagine a miscarriage would be painful and I would have a lot more blood. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar??

Did you use a digital test or a standard dye test? Digitals do require a higher level of HCG but I'd probably expect it to say pregnant 4 days after a positive test. Did your GP offer a blood test at all? There is a shortage on blood test tubes atm though so they might not do one.
An early miscarriage can vary so much, bare in mind that you may be earlier than you think. Some people experience period like bleeding, some heavier than that and some even lighter than that. My early miscarriage at 6ish weeks was lighter than my usual period, but my first period after that was super heavy and clotty and the EPU thought I probably had retained products that didn't make their way out until my period came.
All I can suggest is test again with a standard dye test or try a digital in a few days if you want to. There's really no way of knowing unfortunately unless you keep testing or manage to get your bloods done. I hope it's a good outcome for you though OP Flowers

Rang GP again today to ask for a blood test hopefully will confirm what is going on. I appreciate the feedback. I did a digital test today but I also did a digital Sunday which said positive. It’s my first pregnancy so I have no idea what to expect. I am hoping for the best but I feel so deflated x

@NewMamaJourney
I have learnt over pregnancy's stress does not help as it won't change the outcome, try to relax as hard as it is 💚

Thank you. I will try my best, my gp has got me booked in for an early scan next Tuesday to hopefully see what is going on so fingers crossed I’m not going to do another test in the mean time and I’m going to try and relax as much as I can over the weekend
