Hi,
So I have been to the bathroom this morning and I've wiped as you do and there is bright red blood. I have no cramps or anything. I have been stressed majorly this week as my partner has tested positive for covid. So I'm in isolation with him and my 9 year old. Im in seperate rooms and have been bleaching and sanitising everything. It's just a very worrying stressful time. I don't know what to do because I don't even know if anyone can help me or see me due to isolating! (I've tested negative). Because I only have 1 dose of the vaccine I have to do the 10 days also. I was due to get my second vaccine done on the 9th which is so annoying!

Just need some advice really, I've had previous losses so I'm bricking it.

Call your midwife or maternity unit and have a chat. They may well ask you to monitor or even go in. They can’t refuse you care because you’re isolating. They can take extra precautions like seeing you at the end of the day with full PPE. Good luck xx

Well things too a turn. I'm not positive for covid! Great 😭

Thanks for you reply. I've contacted triage and told them and I've to call back this afternoon for a update x

I had a huge bleed with my first, really big, at 16 weeks. Hospital scanned me and baby was absolutely fine and no reason could be seen for the bleed. I bled up until my 20 weeks scan, there were clots some days, it was like a heavy period. But no pain. Just a slight heavy sensation. I stopped bleeding just before 20 weeks. Strangely I bled with my third as well but only briefly.
Good luck, thy chances are you will be fine. Can you ask hospital for a scan?
