Pelvic pain 12 weeks

Hi All
Looking for reassurance. I'm 11.5 weeks. Have had 2 scans at 7w4d and 10w4 days all looking brilliant with a happy healthy moving bean
Over the last 2 days I have had a nagging pain "down there" around my pubic bones particularly when walking. No bleeding, pain urinating, fever or anything. Nausea is still there and sore boobs. It's particularly bad putting on my socks (admittedly it's one leg up standing type of job) and walking for more than 30 mins.
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips?
Thank you x

Google pelvic girdle pain. Get yourself to a women’s health physio and keep walking to a bare minimum. Pillows between knees to sleep.

I had it v badly with my first pregnancy and not so bad with second. Trust me, if you overdo it now you’ll really struggle as your pregnancy progresses.

@Crunchiedelight Thank you ! I was worried it might have been something else cause I always assumed it was later than first trimester but it helps to read that :)

@Crunchiedelight yes this is my first so lots of moving parts for sure - I do pilates so I'm going to ask my instructor for pelvic support exercises.
Thanks and sorry you had to deal with that during your pregnancys ! it is not the best feeling for sure
