So I have a 2 year old boy who was born by csection and a baby girl who is 2 months old who was also born by csection.

I dying to get pregnant again and I know the longer the leave it the better but my question is has anyone had a 3rd csection? And also has anyone had a section so close together? If so what was your experiences??

Thanks 😁

I’m due to have my fourth c section on Friday.

My first section was emergency, then I got pregnant when my first was 9 months and had an elective. I then fell pregnant again when my second was 14 months old and had another section.

That third section was a little tricky and was more complicated. The surgeon had to call for help during the procedure. They were having trouble cutting through so much scar tissue build up and could see what they were cutting and were worried about cutting into my bladder.
The section took a lot longer than the others.
They did take away a lot of the scar tissue during that section.

But this time I’ve been pre warned that there will be extra people in surgery on standby incase things aren’t straightforward. They’re anticipating it to be complicated again.

I’m also opting to be sterilised during this section as my consultant has this time explained how it would be extremely dangerous for me to go through another pregnancy and section after this one.
