Hi!
I have an early scan booked for this weekend where I should be 7 weeks. I have this complete fear over mc and find myself googling mc and missed mc statistics constantly and stressing myself even more 😢 this is my first and I just want to know all is ok! I’ve had nausea, exhaustion, sore boobs and cramping but no bleeding. Any positive/reassuring stories welcome please. Scan is booked at window to the womb so I think it’s internal!
Many thanks x

My advice is do not read things online they will scare you so much. Also it is a good thing that you have symptoms of pregnancy and have no bleed etc. Thinking and stressing in my opinion make things worse and can make your body play up. In my first pregnancy I stressed so much over something for two days, next day I was bleeding out of the blue. Try to stay positive I know its easier said than done

I know I’m definitely not helping myself by looking it all up 😩 that’s useful to know! Hope all was ok with your bleed💐

Hi lovely, congratulations!! After trying for 2.5 years we had an early scan at 8 weeks and I was so nervous about mmc I made myself sick and almost cancelled so I didn’t have to hear the bad news. I didn’t feel pregnant at all and got my head round the fact there wouldn’t be a baby, but I’m almost 35 weeks now Smile it’s a horrible time but try and stay positive, and try not to read too much on here, it will drive you crazy! X

Hi,

Congratulations! I had a scan at window to the womb on Sunday and they were amazing. We had scans with my first too. They have a quick look at the baby and as soon as they know all is okay they put the images on a big screen for you and you can have all images and a video of the scan for an extra £10. I was so nervous too but it really was a magical experience and made everything seem a lot more real! Good luck xx

This is so reassuring thank you! My friend took 2 years for it to happen for her and it happened first month for us so we couldn’t believe it - just keep thinking it can’t go this smoothly! 🥴 all the best for the rest of your pregnancy 💗x
