Has by one got any tips for pregnancy exhaustion?
I was a bit tired with my first pregnancy but I am completely wiped out this time. I cannot get through the day without a nap and when I can't have one I am finding it so hard to function. I feel physically exhausted and can't think straight and my limbs are all heavy and I'm basically just being totally useless.
Any tips for powering through and finding some energy? My 3yo is with me today and I am being a terrible terrible mum. I'm 12 weeks...it's going to get better, right?
