Is this normal at this stage? 22 weeks pregnant and I always feel either so hungry that it drives me to distraction and I can’t think of anything else or, as soon as I eat even the littlest thing, I feel uncomfortably full - think like just-eaten-Christmas-dinner full. I just had a salad for lunch and I feel like I’ve gorged myself at an all-you can eat buffet, I feel bloated and heavy. Anyone else feel like this? I feel like my stomach is about 30% baby bump and the rest is swollen tummy from all the food that feels like is in there!

I think I’m feeling like this at 15 weeks. Currently on holiday and was really hangry before lunch, and then felt absolutely stuffed after one scone with jam and clotted cream. Ok that’s not exactly a salad but is a lot less than I used to eat when I was hungry pre pregnancy. I now feel starving again…

Yep. Snacks are my friends atm!

I’m 19 weeks and the same. It’s so hard to get out of the habit of normal meal eating to lots of smaller snacks without just eating way too much!

I vaguely recall feeling like this when I was pregnant with my 1st.
I'm 7 weeks pregnant now and constantly feel sick.. Funnily enough, the only thing that helps is food! 🙄
