I'm 39+3 days, I'm having terrible pains in my bum, like a uncomfortable pain. It also goes to my stomach, when I'm passing wind it's extremely painful and when I open my bowells, I feel like it only happens when I'm sat down for long periods of times but today it's been almost constant. Anyone had this ??
