I'm just coming up to 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have really suffered with backache since before I found out, which doesn't seem to be getting any better! I'm on the lookout for a good cushion I can use on the sofa to support my back, and I know there is nothing better than a word of mouth recommendation! So, please show me or drop a link to your favourite support pillow / cushion, and if you've got any tips for easing the back pain, I'm all ears for that, too!
