I'm so scared to tell my work, I've only been there three months, will be five when I tell them, but I'm so scared!!! 🥺

If you are in the uk - they cannot discriminate against you for pregnancy or pregnancy related absence etc in anyway.

If you tell them they can take steps to do risk assessments where necessary. Take care

Well I said where necessary. I think all work places are supposed to do them regarding pregnancy.

I'm office based too but still had a work station assessment last time I was pregnant - they just made sure my chair wasn't going to cause back pain etc.

I've been WFH because of covid for the last 18 months, we are supposed to start coming back into the office now but there are different rules for pregnant women. That's just our internal policy but I expect it's based on government guidelines somewhere.along the way.
