Gum erosion in pregnancy

Just wondering if anyone else has/is experiencing this? I've always had a small spot of erosion above my upper front tooth- but this evening when brushing I noticed in the mirror I now have similar spots above 3 other upper front teeth. I'm quite worried about it. I tried booking a routine dental appointment in June and the earliest appointment they had was beginning of November.
Any dentists/dental nurses on here to advise? Or anyone who has experienced similar who can share how they resolved the issue or prevented further erosion?

Can’t give any advise but I can sympathise as I’m also having gum issues and have had problems getting an appointment. After contacting a lot of dentists, the best I came up with was one that’s about 40 mins away that had an appointment in 5 weeks time (which will be mid September). Maybe try looking at dentists a bit further afield if you’ve got the transport to get there and see if you can find any appointments? Good luck!

I've also been seeing signs of erosion :/ So I've doubled down on brushing after meals and using mouth wash
