Spotting pink discharge when I wipe 2 days before period due

Help! The other morning when I went toilet I wiped and there was pink discharge, I assumed my period was starting as I was due In 2 days. I put a pad on just in case. Throughout the whole day there was no blood on the pad only pink discharge when I wiped. The next morning my pad was clean  when I wiped there was a little brown discharge so I wore a panty liner. Again for the whole day there was no blood on the liner but also nothing when I wiped. I done a pregnancy test but was negative! Has this happened to anyone? What was the outcome? I'm wondering if this is implantation bleeding??

Oh really! I hate this not knowing and waiting it's really getting me down still no sign of af just sore boobs and mood swings!
