Redish discharge when I wiped 9 weeks

I am 9.4 weeks pregnant, at 8 weeks i had a scan all looks good and baby's heartbeat seen, today when I wiped I had reddish coloured discharge it has stopped now, really worried, has this happened anyone else and all been ok

I had brownish discharge for 10 days from about 6 weeks, and now I am 18 weeks. So far, everything has seemed fine.

If you do a search of the forum, you'll find lots of stories of bleeds that have gone on to be successful pregnancies. I believe that the hospital will only tell you to come if there is significant bleeding or clots.
