Light bleeding at 9 weeks after healthy scan

Hi,

I had a scan at 6 weeks and another yesterday at 8.5weeks and everything looked good, heartbeat and size are all normal. However, I had very light pink blood when i went to the toilet last night and this morning it has turned to a very dark but light flow of blood. I have very minor intermittent cramps also. Go to the scary internet and you're advised to ring your GP, however, we are currently in level 4 lockdown in NZ so it's not easy to ring or see a GP.
Am i overreacting given everything looked good yesterday, should i be concerned just yet or not?

This is my 1st pregnancy so i have nothing to compare to and i haven't told many people yet so can't really share this with friends/family.

Thanks.

Was it a transvaginal scan by any chance?

First scan at 5.5weeks was transvaginal but yesterday was an ultrasound, so the bleeding can't be because of that.
