I don't remember feeling like this when I was pregnant with my son (now 7) but I have absolutely no energy, drive or motivation

Is it normal?! I'm about 13 weeks

I just want to lie down and do absolutely nothing!!!!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yep I felt like a bag of shit.

15 weeks is when I felt better and back to my usual self!

AllSinging · 26/08/2021 19:24

Yep! This has been my main symptom and I’m currently 17 weeks and still struggling badly. Fingers crossed it eases for you soon x

Urgh you're all weeks ahead of me 😩😩

Yep exactly how I felt! It’s eased off mostly now (16+1) but still need a nap most afternoons - and that’s need not want!

Things that’ve helped:

Employing a cleaner (she’s never leaving now!)
Getting mother and MIL to help with some laundry/ironing
Revised hours/duties from work
When I did have bursts of energy - prioritising looking after myself rather than doing what others wanted.

I feel exactly the same. I'm 12 weeks.

Between the pregnancy, work and my 14 month old son, I'm done in. Actually feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment. I have zero energy or drive, I'm shattered and I feel nauseous and breathless most of the time 😫 can't wait to start feeling a bit better. I feel guilty that I'm not doing enough with my DS but I just don't have it in me at the moment (haven't for weeks).

14 weeks now and still having days where I'm completely done in, dreading going back to the office
