30 weeks nausea and headaches

As the titles says really! Almost 31 weeks and the last couple of days I have been experiencing waves of nausea as well as a constant dull headache. I barely had any nausea in the early weeks so I'm suprised I'm getting it now. Is this normal?

Have you had your blood pressure checked recently? Don't want to worry you but headaches and nausea at about this stage were warning signs of pre-eclampsia for me. I'd call your midwife just to check xxxx

Well they don't seem worried and don't want to see me 🤷🏻‍♀️. Said it's probably hormonal. Will see how I am over the next few days and Il call back if need be x
