Hey all! I’m a 39 year old mother of a beautiful 20 year old daughter who’s about to become a new mom (due in October)! I’m hosting her baby shower next month and now it has added meaning since I just found out I’m actually pregnant too! When I told my daughter she was so excited she wants to announce to our friends that she’s no longer going to be an only child because her mother is pregnant! My hesitation comes from the fact that five years ago I suffered a miscarriage and I’m so afraid of raising peoples hopes and then losing this baby! What do you think? Am I being overly negative? Unreasonable?
