One sided Breast pain

I’ve had the sharpest breast pain today in just my left one - I’m 16 nearly 17 weeks pregnant and I’ve read milk can start being produced around now but I’d of thought both of them would’ve hurt in that case? Can’t feel any lump or anything so I’m not sure about it being a clogged duct (not sure that’s common while not breastfeeding) Really makes me wince 😬 Anyone experienced this? I would ask my midwife but she doesn’t get back to me ever 😂

Weirdly, my breasts aren't growing the same amount, and only the bigger one hurts. The GP said it is normal, and in the third trimester the other one will catch up. If not, I might have to breastfeed from one breast.
However, I would call the GP its always better to get them checked.
