Hello all,
I am new to this and have not long found out i'm pregnant with my first child :)
Just a bit of a paranoia queary; I have been feeling quite bloated recently and last night I felt bubbles in my stomach (which was a nice feeling) I then went for a wee and heard what I thought was a really light sounding plop, when I looked there was nothing in the toilet and nothing when I wiped. I have not had any bleeding or cramping. And this morning I no longer feel bloated and feel quite normal. I'm worried that that sound combined with feeling OK today means something bad??? Or that it could possibly be a bit of thick discharge that passed and I'm just not feeling any strong symptoms today? Sorry it's so long but any advice would be appreciated?

First of all, congratulations ❤️

I'm not sure about the plop but if you've not had any bleeding or pain then I'm sure everything's fine.

As for the lack of bloating, I can feel super bloated, nauseous etc and 2 hours later I don't feel pregnant at all. That's completely normal. I personally find that bloating and tummy bubbles is gas and once it's passed (sorry 😆) the bloating goes down and bubbles stop.

Don't worry, nothing you've said sounds out of the ordinary

Aw thank you ❤

And thank you for your response. I have been browsing for ages to see if anyone was going through the same thing. I think it's where it's so fresh and the first trimester, I'm just so paranoid about keeping baby as safe as possible until I finally get to have a scan and see for myself. I'm sure if and when I start experiencing more symptoms it will put me at ease a bit more. But it's good to know that they can just come and go and it's normal. You have been a massive help :)

I completely get that, I'm the same and I've been overthinking everything. But everything you've said sounds fine ☺️
