stomach bug in pregnancy

I am 6 weeks pregnant and think ive caught a stomach bug from DS. He has had sickness and diarrhea, i was sick this morning but think it was morning sickness and ive only had to rush to the loo once. However my tummy feels dodgy and im off food.
Does anyone know if theres a risk to my pregnancy?, im getting paranoid that all types of things could happen.

I think that you should be ok. As far as I know there's no risk to your pregnancy. This happened to me in early days of PG with DC2 - in fact we all came down with it the day that I found out that i was pregnant. I am 6 wks pg too ( i think!) . Feeling awful!!

I had terrible bug at 6 weeks. Spoke to gp and they said not to worry, but to ring them if i couldn't keep fluids down after 8hours and if i wasn't passing urine as they would want to give me an anti-sickness jab to ensure i didn't dehydrate. I was keeping fluids down after about 6 hours and although i felt terrible for a few days i got over it pretty quick.
