4D scans, are they worth it?

Basically as the title suggests!

A friend recently asked if we were planning on having a 4D scan and to be honest, we handnt really considered it.
We have had a look into it and are possibly keen but would like to know some real opinions first before we part with our cash.

Are they worth it?
Were you disappointed or pleased with the overall experience?
What company did you go with (the choice is quite vast!).
Any other points or suggestions welcome 😊

I loved having mine with both of my boys, I got a little usb and I often put it on the tv and show my boys what they looked like in my tummy and they love it!
it's just a really nice keepsake too I that you can treasure forever and look back on memories when they ate all of their food and they were quiet 😅
You won't regret it it was worth it for me

We had one for our DTs. To be honest, they’re quite creepy but quite lovely! I still have our babies pictures (mainly because the package included a framed scan picture, and we bought another for our dt2) and one of them was doing a thumbs up.

It’s a cool but weird one to show the kids I guess! I’m glad we did it, but it’s no biggie to not have it done. I wouldn’t have paid to go for a second one, and I was quite the fan of private scans.

Ohh just to add I only show the boys them on the usb because I'm pregnant now so it helps with explaining the "baby in my tummy" scenario as they are still quite little (under 3)

I had one at 29 weeks this time around. We went with window to the womb as they had an offer on their top package down to £70 instead of £130 or something.

It was pretty amazing to see baby so clearly. I’m 36 weeks now and will meet him next week and see how much he looks like the pictures.

We got a video, several prints, and key rings included.

I’d say it was worth £70 but I wouldn’t have been bothered enough to pay over £100 for one.

Had 4d with my ds and my current pregnant, at window to the womb. I loved it, its crazy you can see facial features. I would recommend it 👌
