Hi, I just wanted to know if this is normal!

I’m only 22 weeks pregnant, and today I’ve noticed one of my boobs seems to be leaking light white liquid? Is this milk/normal?

I’ve panicked as i feel it’s quite early for milk but it may be normal? It’s my first baby so I don’t know

Came on to look for responses to the exact same question!! Not much is leaking but still feels early? Just wanted you to know you're not alone. Smile

It's normal, it's colostrum rather than milk. Doesn't mean you'll go into labour early or anything.

It’s completely normal, I started leaking milk at 18 weeks Smile

Well colostrum should I say

I used to get a little bit of leaking from about 20 weeks, mention to your midwife if concerned though. I had some babybliss reusable breast pads from amazon, I never leaked enough before she was born to need them but they made me feel better that nobody would notice and they were great after birth while breastfeeding.

Thank you everyone!

I instantly panicked thinking it was too early and got searched. When I googled it just said you can leak milk “weeks or months prior to birth” so didn’t really say 22 weeks ish is normal

But feeling a lot calmer now thank you!
