Is it all over? Pregnancy symptoms have disappeared week 7

Hi everyone

Just wondering if there are any positive stories out there. This is my second pregnancy - the first ended in a mmc at 10weeks, but the baby had stopped growing at 5weeks ish. I didn't have any symptoms other than sore boobs with that one (which went away around 5/6 weeks) This time round, we've had an early scan at 6+4 which confirmed a heartbeat. But during week 7, my symptoms suddenly started decreasing - they hadn't been terrible before but I had some food aversions, was eating smaller portions more frequently, sore boobs and super tired. I literally woke up this week and felt fine. We have our 8 week scan next week but I'm so worried it's a mmc again - can symptoms disappear for like a week? Is there any hope?

It is common for pregnancy symptoms to disappear for some women, there is no point in me saying try not to worry. So sorry for your loss
I had an early scan (ivf) which showed twins. A second scan confirmed I had lost one twin. When my only pregnancy symptom of sore boobs vanished I was fearing the worst but the remaining twin is now a strapping teen
I hope all remains well and your next scan can put your mind at rest.

Something I have noticed is that my pregnancy symptoms reduce when I am very anxious which then makes me even more anxious so the symptoms disappear all together!
I wonder if something similar is happening to you.

Mine kept disappearing for days at a time and then coming up with a vengence. there may also be a trigger for you (mine we discovered was heat) which means its ok sometimes and awful other times. I am 17 weeks now

Omg same. I go through days of extreme nausea and fatigue and then I'm good..then back again.

Thanks all I keep hoping they'll return but it's been a week they have disappeared now so I'm just getting a bad feeling. My boobs are hurting again today but only when I prod them!

Interesting about the anxiety point - I have been very anxious so here's hoping that is the reason...

I just wanted to update this thread for anyone searching these for hope...had our scan today and baby is fine! Good heartbeat and moving measuring 8+4. I said I was prepared for the worst and they said symptoms mean nothing
