Hello,
I was wonder if anyone can share their experiences to maybe put my mind at rest.

I am 7+5 weeks and feeling really miserable and worried constantly.

At 6 weeks I had a small bleed, all was checked out and everything was fine and we saw a lovely heartbeat. But since then I have had a tiny bit of brown spotting, and sometime I feel some twinges in my tummy and I get so scared something is going wrong. It's not cramps, it's not painful but light light twinges now and again. Is this normal?

I have unrelenting nausea which is stopping me doing everything, I'm falling behind at work and basic things like eating, drinking and evening showering are a mission. I worry so much I am going to lose this baby 😞

Can anyone relate or am I just going mad?

I had lots of twinges/cramps in my first trimester (before I realised I was pregnant, I thought it was pre-period pains). I think it was just the uterus growing and stretching as baby grows. I also had bad sickness and lost 1 stone. I'm now 20 weeks and everything is fine

You have my sympathies, the sickness and anxiety of the first trimester is awful - the GP can help with prescribing medication for the sickness if you are struggling. I tried three different medications and finally found one that was like magic for me
