vapour rubs and pregancy

Can you use these in pregnancy (I'm 20w)?

Feeling desperate now as nose totally blocked up (feeling very sorry for myself!).

you'll be fine. I had a line of vicks smeared under my nose for pretty much every day of my pregnancy and the baby is fine.

also warm bath, hot drinks (made by someone else obviously), paracetamol, chicken soup and curry.

i know how you feel - am also v congested. have recently also tried nasal strips which help a bit. oh and olbas tissues also.

I stick it on my head when I have a headache...
