Morning sickness at 4 weeks- normal?

With my DS (first child) I didn’t get morning sickness until 7/8 weeks and it was always pretty manageable. I’m 4+4 with my second, and I am constantly feeling sick. I threw up this morning after having a cup of decaf tea, which surprised me because it’s still so early and I feel so so sick.

I feel like I did when I was 8-12 weeks with my first born, and I’m only four weeks so it’s concerning me a little :(

Anyone feel a lot more symptoms with their second pregnancy? Or have severe morning sickness? I don’t know if it’s normal or not

Also to add: non identical twins run on my mother’s side, so I’m unsure whether it’s that since it’s too early to have a scan

It's different for everyone. I have HG and many of us have symptoms as early as 4 weeks. Lots of people have early sickness as first symptom. Keep hydrated and see GP if gets worse
