Light pink discharge - 6+3 weeks - two miscarriages in the last 6 months - scared :(

Currently roughly 6+3 weeks with my third pregnancy this year.
I had two miscarriages week 7 and 8 previously (I had a successful first pregnancy no concerns and have healthy 1 yr old).

I am at work - and just noticed some light pink discharge when i wiped after a wee and now I am completely panicking and so fearful it means I'm going to have another miscarriage.

I dont even know I'm getting miscarriages, the EPU never gave me any information or help either times when they confirmed a miscarriage.

Im so scared - has anyone else had light pink discharge and been okay?

with my first, i bled at 5 weeks, proper amount, but it had started as a light pink spotting then progressed to like if i had started a period,

it was a complicated pregnancy there after, but i had scar tissue damage.

i have a very healthy 4 year old now that started school today!

go for an early ultrasound if youre really worried, it may put your mind at ease, it did for me.

i had a miscarriage back in june 2020 at 5 weeks, and the blood was very intense this time right at the start.
