Was anyone else completely wrong about the sex?

Hello! I had my anomaly scan last week and was so happy to be told that everything was okay with the baby. We also got to find out that we are having a little girl. I am still in shock. I was convinced from the moment I knew I was pregnant that we were having a boy, I just had this gut feeling. We actually ended up seeing two sonographers because she wasn't in the right position at first so I had to go always for a half an hour walk to encourage her to move and then when I got back a different professional saw us and he also confirmed she was a girl. Don't get me wrong, I am delighted to be having a girl but after weeks and weeks of just naturally gravitating towards calling her a "he" it just feels so surreal! (I know they can only be 95% accurate)

So I'm curious: did you have a "gut feeling" about the sex? And if so, were you right?

Yep I did with my first. We didn’t ask for the sex at the scan.

Exactly the same as you. Convinced it was a boy. Without question. Hubby was keen for a scan for the sex, I was non plused as was so convinced 😂 I was wrong and is a girl! Had our anomaly scan and it was confirmed again (I had wondered if first scan might be wrong 😂😂)

We were both convinced our baby was a girl until the 20 week scan when we were told he was a boy. I saw the bits and it was definite! Even then it took me a while to get my head around - now he's here, i couldn't imagine any different!

On the flip side, my friend was told that she was having a girl with her second. Had to have some extra scans, second time was also told a girl, third time they found out it was a boy!
