Would you go to the epu for this? Worried about ectopic pregnancy

Sorry, I’ve been spamming this chat forum a bit over the past few days 😅 I’ve had a dull ache on my right lower abdomen around my ovary which gets really sore depending on how active I am during the day. Right now it’s really quite sore and hurts to bend over. I’ve had really bad morning sickness so hoping that this is a good sign?! I’m 7 weeks tomorrow, should I bother them with this? No spotting or anything else!

I would get it checked out as you say it's actually quite painful. I think it's always best you put your mind at ease! x

I had one sided pain in both my ectopic and normal pregnancy, which isn’t much help to you!
This pregnancy, I had an early scan (due to previous ectopic) and they noted I had a corpus luteum cyst on my ovary, which they said can cause one sided pain. They are super common - and usually don’t get detected as they mostly disappear by 12 weeks.

If in doubt, push to be seen as ectopic symptoms can vary so much, but can be a life threatening emergency if not picked up.

Ok I’ll definitely go to the walk in epu tomorrow, I just hope they don’t think I’m wasting their time! Thanks both x
