Confused: Clearblue says 1-2 weeks but I've only had sex 6 weeks ago?

Been trying to figure out if I'm pregnant for about a month now. I had a drunken night with a guy (now boyfriend) at the end of June and we both panicked in the morning and got me the morning after pill. Yes we were idiots, no we wouldn't do it again.

We haven't had penetrative sex since because we've had trouble with finding a contraception that's right for us and we didn't want to risk it again.

However, I haven't had my period for about 2 months now. At first I thought it was the plan B messing with my cycle but I took some tests just in case.
I've 5 tests in total now over the course of about a month, only 1 has been positive and that was yesterday morning. I took another 2 today and they were both negative but I know that could be to do with my urine concentration.

What's throwing me off though is the positive one said "Pregnant 1-2 weeks". When I know the exact date of that night and it was over 6 weeks ago now. Surely it's not possible that I've conceived in these last two weeks when I haven't had intercourse?? I know the tests are meant to be accurate.

I did just have my Pfizer COVID vaccine the day before my positive result, so god knows if that was doing something and created a false positive. But I rang up my GP earlier and they said it shouldn't interfere :/

Thoughts??

Have you read the leaflet that comes with the test uk.clearblue.com/pregnancy-tests/digital-with-weeks-indicator.
And if you Google pregnancy calculator and enter your data it should estimate how pregnant you may be.

I'm not asking for an over share, but you say you haven't had penetrative sex since - have you got up to any other activity that could have ended up with sperm on your vagina, even on the outside? Not asking you to actually answer, more to say that it is possible that way, even if unlikely.

OP says they had PIV sex on their drunken night but panicked and haven't since.

Could be a chemical pregnancy. Ie you were pregnant but lost it, so now your pregnancy hormones are registering still but lower than ordinarily and only when wee is quite concentrated, as they slowly fade out of your system.

I’d test in a few days with your first wee of the day.
