Faint positives??

I’ve taken tests on separate days and they’ve all came back positive however I’m unsure on whether they are evap lines or faint positives I’ve been to the clinic where they’ve told me I’m not pregnant. Could I possibly have a low hcg that the clinics tests can’t pick up??

If a clinic can't pick it up I'd imagine they are evap lines.

I've also been nauseous, tired , bad acne, cramping, headaches is it possible to be 4 weeks and have a hcg lower than 25?

No with hcg lower than 25 you shouldn't have any symptoms. Are you sure you're not due on? Or have another illness coming on?
