Hey Smile I’ve just found out I’m pregnant last week, apart from being thrilled and so excited I’ve got awful nasel congestion when I lay down at night. It’s driving me nuts and I’m having trouble sleeping. I would usually go to a decongestant spray but that’s out now I’m pregnant. I don’t think steam with help as I suffer a lot wit this sort of thing and it’s not really helped me at all. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d be really grateful xx

Go chemist and ask them I seem to rember getting a saline spray. Also drinking lots of hot cordial somehow worked for me.
Assume you have plenty of pillows.

Pressing your cheekbones in on either side of your nose, and just where your eyebrows start above your nose. Olbas oil on a tissue. Standing in a hot shower while massaging your face! Lots of water!!!

As others have said saline spray! Also humidifier on all night next to your bed helps a lot, and also sleeping a bit more propped up than normal.

Vicks vapour rub liberally smeared I remember the feeling I was going to suffocate at night well! I also remember the blessed relief once babies were born being able to breathe again worst part of pregnancy for me!
