Hello.

Sorry if what I’m asking seems silly but I’m new to all of this and don’t have many friends to discuss anything with, Google is telling me all sorts of different things.

My partner works away. We had sex on Friday night (early hours of Saturday morning at around half midnight/1am), Friday was my ‘peak’ fertile day. So we basically had unprotected sex the early hours of the day after my peak day. Was the timing off or could I be in with a chance?

I won’t get a chance to have anymore sex for weeks now so it was my only opportunity for a while.

Thanks if you’ve read this far! xx

From what I remember, you ovulate 24-48 hours after your ‘peak day’ so considering sperm can live for days, you haven’t missed it Smile good luck. Have you been trying long?

Definitely in with a chance.

Better to be in the lead up so there are swimmers ready and waiting, but still it is likely to be another 24hr or so before egg is released so it is good timing :)

Good luck!
