At the moment I’m in week 33 and bra size 34 D before pregnancy . What bra size would you recommend I pack in my hospital bag… how do I know what one size up is

What do you measure under your bust and around the fullest part of your bust?

Under bust = back size
Difference between over bust and under bustvia your cup size. Each inch difference is a larger cup e.g. 1 inch = A, 2 inch = B, etc
