I hope this is okay to post.
Hi everyone! This is a bit of a long one sorry.

I found out yesterday that I'm 3w6d pregnant. Since yesterday I had cramping mainly on one side but that's gone away only with occasional period type cramps and I have some lower back pain that comes and goes. My shoulder pain feels like I worked out or something? Aches from my shoulder to my arm, sometimes my hand, then my neck. Sometimes in my back too. Sometimes at the tip it feels as though it's pinching.

I had a bit of a temperature this morning in A&E and again last night (37.6 and 37.4) I feel kinda warm to touch too but currently 37.1
Bloods show that my hcg is 280 and progesterone is high.
Ultrasound showed nothing apart from normal ovaries, and a corpus luteum, no free fluid etc although it does say "trace of fluid within the fundal endometrial cavity measuring 5x3x4mm however no definite gestational sac"
I have no idea what that means. :(
Bloods will be repeated in 48 hours but results won't be given to me until Monday

I'm freaking out. This pregnancy is so so so wanted. A

Anyone have something similar?? I'm so terrified there's something wrong with this baby. Thank you so much all.

@Scouty21 you're very early on in your pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry. I remember going in for a 6 week scan and even that was tiny. It was literally a dot. So consider you're half of that, I'd spend my time self-loving until you get another scan when you're progressing into your pregnancy.

It's a plus that your progesterone is high because that aids in strengthening your womb!

As long as you're not having any bleeding, and doctors didn't see anything bad — try and occupy your mind in the meanwhile [it's a deadly wait I know]

Hi scouty you are very early in your pregnancy to see alot unfortunately but I had an ectopic quite a few years ago now when i was 6 weeks pregnant and the pain was on one side and unbearable and constant I couldn't walk, along with dizzy spells and I had bleeding aswell. I was rushed to hospital as the ectopic was quite advanced and i had alot of complications. My pregnancy tests were always faint I never got a proper positive and my bloods started to get lower not higher. If the epu are keeping an eye on you and your bloods are coming back ok i wouldnt worry at this stage. My next pregnancy was checked from 5 weeks and even then they could only just see a sac but as your so early you wont bebale to see anything just yet. Also with my next pregnancy I I alot of aching here and there and I was sure it was happening again but it didnt and I was told it was just implantation pain and your body making room for a baby.
My advice is keep your mind occupied I know it's hard and wait until you get your results. In the mean time any heavy bleeding or constant stabbing pains go to the a&e to be checked but please try not to worry at this stage. Good luck.
