Just had a massive wave of nausea

Today has overall been a good day. Just came back from the shops and a huge feeling of sickness has suddenly come over me. Anyone else Experience this?

All the time! Were you getting hungry? That's when mine seems to be worst.

I always felt sick when I was hungry!

Uh I'm awful for this recently. I think I'm overeating a bit purely because I'm scared of that feeling. If I don't eat I start heaving
I just carry snacks now!

I still have this right and I'm due in less than 2 weeks - the hunger nausea

You get stuck in a vicious cycle of feeling sick due to hunger but not wanting to eat because you feel sick - it's so shit !

I just try and make sure I'm never hungry to prevent it as much as I can
