My bump is humming!

Well I can?t hear anything ? but besides kicking and the occasional squirm, I could swear I can feel my bump vibrating on occasion. I can?t distinguish any hiccups or anything, it?s just a general vibration. Is this weird? I?m 23 weeks BTW.

I used soemtimes to get his as well. But generally when more advanced than you are. I assumed it was either the increased blood-flow, or the muscles of my belly having a gentle spasm as they were stressed.

I think humming sounds nicer than spasm though

I'm getting this loads at the moment (36 weeks) feels like there's a mobile phone on vibrate in my belly!

Like the idea of the bub having a little sing song down there but think it's a bit too early for that!

Interesting - I used to get this too with my 2nd pg. My baby now does a great bottom lip tremble, so I wondered if that was causing my vibrations!!

I remember the MW making this face when I told her about it - I think she thought I was mad!! So glad to know that I'm not the only one to have had this sensation!!

OMG- i used to get this! and thought I was just a wee bit odd, but I'm not!!- the hum was mainly sited lower abdo and pelvis.

Mine used to drum her little feet if I squished her by leaning forward too much-felt just like that!!
