Might sound silly but I’m 26 weeks and I notice myself holding my breath when I’m concentrating even though I don’t mean to, would this affect my baby and stop babys oxygen?

No, your baby will be fine

If your oxygen level started dropping, your brain would force you to take a breath. Your baby will be fine.
