Bladder infection pain?

I woke up at 3am with bad pains low down in my bump. I've been having pains for about a week now that are worse when I wake up.

It suddenly dawned on me that it could be a bladder infection. I have no other symptoms though. I'm 26 weeks now so weeing more often anyway.

I'll phone my midwife today but just wondered if any one else has had one with just pains.

I had just pains, but they were all in my lower back and very uncomfortable, my NCT teacher thought I was in labour (I wasn't)

It could be round ligament pains op give it a Google.

Thanks both. I just saw the midwife and I've had a sample sent off. She seems to think it might be as well 😩
