37 weeks pregnant - leak wee after seeing

Sorry for the tmi!!
I am peeing quite a lot now I'm heavily pregnant but it seems I go for a wee then I pull my trousers up etc and then a minute or so after I seem to leak a bit of wee...
Anyone else had this? I don't think it's amniotic fluid leaking because it only seems to happen after I've been for a wee.

Infact I had this from about 25wks with my second baby. Not just after a wee. Alll bloody day. I had to wear panty liners permanently.
Just keep up with your pelvic floor exercises. I didn't do a single one which explains a lot!

You need to bring your pelvic floor exercises. Yes pregnancy put extra strain on your pelvic muscles but if you are doing your pelvic floor exercises properly you can stop this from happen. I'd talk to your midwife to check there isn't anything else you could be doing and how best to be doing your exercises whilst heavily pregnant.

I’ve had this with both pregnancies. Once finished on the loo, stand up (still over the pan) and give a little push, see if any more comes out. Sometimes I don’t even need to really push. I can’t completely empty my bladder in late pregnancy without doing this. I keep meaning to ask my midwife but they’re so hard to get an appointment with. I wear a panty liner too just in case but it’s usually useless if I do the above

I kept getting UTI's in late pregnancy and the midwife advised going for a wee, then when finished, stand up, have a little jiggle about and sit and try and wee a little bit more as it would help, it doesn't always all come out the first go as everything is so squished
