Do you get topped up by universal credit? & can you receive housing benefit?

I am currently being kicked out by my mum as I am pregnant. The housing team in London will only give me private housing because I am working. Most flats are over £1000 in London and the statutory maternity pay is only around £152 a week so I am a bit worried.

Thank you in advice for your advice girls xxx

I think the answer is yes, you can put in a claim for uc once you are living independently if your income is low. You can claim cms from the father too remember so that will help
