Very confused

So I haven’t had sexual intercourse since the very end of june I had my period last month then this month I’m two days late and then today have been spotting pink and brown blood all day very light and I never spot I did a test I can see a second line but it’s very very light if I was 8 weeks pregnant the test would be very clear positive right ?im going to take another test tomorrow when they arrive but im just wondering what other people’s thoughts would be ?thank you

Have you recently had your covid vaccine? It's playing havoc with many women's periods and there's almost a poster a day asking why their periods are weird / absent etc and if they might be pregnant.

It's definitely worth doing another test, but if the first one was positive I guess there's a chance you might be :)
