First trimester exhaustion

This is my 4th pregnancy so not my first rodeo but I can't remember ever being this tired before... My body feels like it's made from lead and I have zero physical or mental energy. I'm basically ready for bed by 4pm everyday. Luckily my OH has been off work for the last couple of weeks so I've been able to go to sleep as soon as I get home from work, but feeling guilty about barely seeing the kids Sad I'm only 10 weeks in! Don't know if its because I'm 35 so technically a geriatric now... HmmGrin How tired is too tired??

I feel the exact same, I'm 10 weeks into my 4th pregnancy too. Honestly I'm struggling to do any housework or chores at all! I have 0 motivation. All I enjoy doing is sleeping or laying and watching tv. I also feel the serious mum guilt too for the other 3 ☹ but luckily DH is awesome with them and is keeping them entertained! I will be having my bloods taken in a week at the midwife, expecting to be low in iron so may regain some energy when I'm put onto iron tablets (although I'm allready constipated so that should be fun 😂). Maybe it's the same thing for you too.

Are you getting enough iron/vitamin D OP?
Most ante-natal pregnancy supplements contain both, but my first trimester exhaustion was worst around the 11 week mark so hopefully you're nearly over the worst of it.
