Has anyone used the relief bands for morning sickness? I've tried ginger, crackers etc but nothing is really working.

Thanks

The only thing that worked for me was having a sip - not a swig - of Diet Coke every time I started to feel sick.

I tried but it made no difference at all I'm afraid!

I haven't

Have you tried vitamin B6? Really helped me

I had constant nausea but wasn't ever actually sick (in the first trimester) and the bands helped me. Took the edge off definitely!

Yes I wear them to drive too and from work and they seem to help - if really bad during the day I also put them on. I find I feel worse if I don’t eat regularly and I am always sick between 5-7 pm.

Lots of practical, medical, legal and emotional support here Pregnancy Sickness Support.

The bands didn’t work for me. Nothing did apart from medication though.

Yes made a massive difference for me. I was very skeptical before!

I ordered this pregnancy box from a Midwife’s company.
It has a range of things including the nausea bands and it does an amazing job for me. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Try bananas and lucozade (original)

It worked an absolute treat for me.

Could have be a coincidence with symptoms naturally waning but I was at my wits end yesterday and today i feel like a new person
