Decreasing placenta function, slowing growth and reduced movements

I’ve been having 2 weekly growth scans where baby has always been 76th centile, at every scan and all dopplers below 20%. Had lots of movement so all looking like a healthy happy baby.
10 days ago I had a big bleed but it stopped so was allowed home, at my scan this week baby has dropped to 50th centile and placenta dopplers swung up to 80%. I’ve also been in 3 times with reduced movements. I’m 34+6 and just feel like something is wrong. My consultant didn’t seem too worried as 50th centile is still perfect and the critical level for placenta Dopplers is above 95% but surely the drop in growth and placenta function and reduced movements isn’t reassuring?

DC1 was born at 37 weeks and DC2 at 36+6, my ELCS is booked for 38 weeks but maybe I should push for more monitoring or it to be brought forward? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

If it was me I would be asking for more frequent monitoring and ELCS at 37 weeks but that is because I've had 2 friends with placenta issues in their pregnancies and so I am maybe a bit more anxious and feel more urgency about this kind of thing!!

I’ve been induced for a small baby in 2019 and since then there has been new clinical guidance for babes with growth ‘concerns’. It’s called the saving babies pathway and it basically shows that there are more risks for babies born early tend 37/38 weeks than previously thought, so where possible clinicians will try to avoid early delivery (of course it’s a balancing act) Personally I’d trust your consultant. Those dopplers are still in the normal range as is baby, plus there is always a Margin for error on scans. Definitely keep an eye on your movements and any slight deviation head straight in xx
