I'm 14 weeks tomorrow and already suffering with my pelvis, I didn't get it till I was 5 months with my first is it normal to get it this early on? Will obviously mention it to midwife but don't see her for another 2 weeks

Yep it can rear it's ugly head with symptoms very early on.
I started to notice the early signs in the 1st trimester with all after our 2nd, didn't have it with our 1st. I still continued powerlifting despite it in this pregnancy until I was over 35wk. Funny that I could squat and deadlift heavy weights and feel fine but walking far left me in a lot of pain. Been feeling much worse since I stopped the gym and baby got very low in my pelvis but only got 4 days left to my elcs now thankfully.

I got it at 6 weeks pregnant with my first and 10 weeks with the 2nd.

I’m 14 weeks too and have been struggling with groin (like along my bikini line and slightly above) ache/pain and I was wondering if it could be SPD too. It’s my 1st pregnancy so no clue but it definitely worsens after a lot of walking or turning over in bed. From what I’ve read it can start to occur around now

Yes was much earlier with my subsequent babies. Good news I knew what to do or not to and it didn't get as bad.

Remember rest rest rest, no carrying heavy things etc

Yep! 9 weeks and have it confirmed already by nhs physio! Gutted, had it in my other 2 pregnancies also.
Don't wait, call midwives and get them to refer you to a physio asap.

Yep, I got to 10 weeks. I do have hyper mobility and a dodgy pelvis anyway so was expecting it 😬

I got it in this pregnancy and my last one from 6 weeks, I'm now 34 weeks and my lower back and pelvis is particularly bad when i roll over in bed when i crunch or sit down for long periods of time. It went away straight after i had my son last time so thank god i haven't got long left 😭
